Golgi stack movement in an Arabidopsis thaliana root hair. Video playback at about 2x real time.

Golgi stacks and peroxisomes in onion epidermal cells. Golgi stacks were labeled with CFP, peroxisomes were labeled with YFP. Green and red false-colors were added for easier viewing.

Golgi stacks (labeled with tdTomato), mitochondria (labeled with YFP), and peroxisomes (labeled with CFP) in a transiently transformed onion bulb epidermal cell. Images were taken in 1 s intervals for 1 min. Delay between the different channels was about 140 ms.

Golgi stacks (labeled with CFP) and actin filaments (labeled with YFP) in a BY-2 suspension culture cell. This cell is not very active but you can see some of the Golgi stacks tracking along actin filaments.

Dynamics of transvacuolar strands in a BY-2 cell. Differential interference contrast images were taken at 1 min intervals. Also see our recent publication on this topic.
